Life Update (I guess lol)

Once again, ya girl disappeared – I apologise for the inconsistent blog posts, I’ve actually got such a chaotic life its unbelievable. Went from chilling everyday to managing a job alongside studying for my degree all whilst learning to drive! It’s all so exciting and a whole new beginning for me (which was well needed after going through a bad chapter lol). This blog post will be very short and to the point, just for me to get back into the habit of blogging! I’m getting back to all the comments some people have left on my site (truly appreciate all the support) slowly but surely.

So, my last blog was in June (the Chai Ki review) which was 4 months ago wow, I’m THAT behind lmao. Anyways, I had just left sixth form and was quite confused with what I wanted to do afterwards, I’ve always known that I want a career in Digital Marketing but didn’t want to go to University! I’ve always been against it, always said it’s a waste of time, money and for your mental health – unless you actually want to study the degree happily, then go for ittt! But do not let anyone force you down the Uni route because there are so many opportunities for everybody – whether that’s taking courses, apprenticeships or starting your business from scratch – it will be terrifying but life is all about taking risks so don’t care what anyone else thinks of it!

As I was saying, I made a list of reasons as to why I should study for my career instead of going down the apprenticeship route – some of the reasons were that it’d build my self-confidence and in a workplace you really can’t be quiet or shy whereas you get to find yourself whilst studying for the degree.

I have a lot of responsibility and pressure to do well in life. I think that’s why my future is something that motivates me. I feel that I have a lot of time to figure out what I want my future to look like, and I have a rough estimate about how I can achieve that 🙂

People often talk about how they don’t know what their future will look like, but for me it’s not like that at all. As long as I’m doing the right things now, then it will all work out in the end.

I’ve also started working which has helped me with a lot of my expenses, although I must say I miss spending my dad’s money just like that loool – on that note I’m going to ask him to buy me an outfit. But I have to say, it’s made me realise that money is so hard to get, I am just so grateful for having it all from the very start, thanks to my hard working dad! It feels great to be back – will be posting on a regular basis now *disappears for another three months*

I hope I haven’t waffled too much in this post, until next time everyone! My Instagram: @sanaesthetic
